As a part of HCL Care’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) initiative, HCL Touch Centres will offer a wide range of quality services for multiple products and brands. Aimed to create an organized play in the retail service provider market, HCL Touch Centres will offer one-stop solution to all servicing needs for mobility, IT and consumer electronics & Home Appliances products across brands. Starting with 8 centres in Delhi-NCR, this D2C project will gradually expand across Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities in India.
