HCL InfiNet, a 100% subsidiary of HCL Infosystems, India’s premier information enabling and integration company, inaugurated the second Nokia Care Centre (NCC) in Delhi. Located at Janakpuri, the centre will be the fifth of its kind to be opened in the country by HCL InfiNet.
The NCC will showcase the complete range of mobile phones, data products and mobile phone accessories from Nokia. It will also provide comprehensive mobile phone repair services covering all levels of repairs and software up-gradation services for mobile phones. The centre is equipped with full component repair capabilities, including equipments like the GSM Tester and BGA Workstation.

We have, over a period of time, put in place a strong and dedicated retail network of Nokia Professional Centres, Nokia Care Centres and Nokia Priority Dealers across the country. Our centres are one-stop-shops, manned by highly skilled technicians, where the customer can buy his phone, accessorise it or go to for a solution to any mobile phone related problems.
The strong and diverse product line, ably aided by the distribution strength and reach of HCL InfiNet Ltd, has helped make Nokia the most preferred brand of mobile phones in India. HCL InfiNet has so far set up three Nokia Professional Centres in the country: at New Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad and three Level III Care Centres (component level repair), two in Delhi and one in Chandigarh.
